| Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns
Product returns or credits require prior authorization from Discount Restaurant Supply.
Returns and credits are subject to the following:
-Factory Direct and custom merchandise is not returnable, unless defective.
-Items returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking and freight charge.
-No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.
-Freight claims should be made immediately with the carrier or within 48 hours to DRSUPPLY@BELLSOUTH.NET
Cancellations
Cancellation of orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Discount Restaurant Supply assumes no responsibility for product cancelled after product has shipped from the manufacturer. Purchaser will be billed for any additional freight charges and or restocking incurred due to refusal of shipped product.
All product received must be thoroughly inspected for damages prior to signature receipt of product. All damages must be noted on carrier delivery receipt and reported immediately to DRSUPPLY@BELLSOUTH.NET. Discount Restaurant Supply will not be held liable for damages caused by a delivery service or common carrier.
